Who is it?

Ok! She was supposed to be a character from a very famous anime, but since i had no references, she came out all........wrong!

Her hair is a bit different, her clothes, and the thingy she usually wears on her head is tied to her arm......
LOL! I wasn't even going to submit it, since it's just a sketch, but i thought it would be fun if you guys tryed to find out who she is!!!^____^
Anyway, i'm going to make it a scrap sooner or later.....
